PROJECTIONS:
1. What is God telling the church in general? (Through the pastor, the messages, the wind of the Spirit)
2. What are the needs of the members of your group ministry? (Spiritual uneasiness, natural, economic, etc.)
3. What can your group ministry do to help us reach our goals and vision? (Events/activities, strategies, sub-goals and objectives, recruitment/outreach, etc.)

OBSERVATIONS:
At first, it will not be easy to accept the changes the vision demands. It will be necessary to receive them by faith, trusting that it is of God. When we submit to the Divine Will, powerful things occur in our lives and congregation and, above all, Godís will, will be brought to life. The pastor alone cannot make this vision a reality and reach the goals for this year. We need everyone, leaders, and members, to unite, pray, back up and promote the vision. Philippians 4:13 says, “I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me." AMEN!
